基于化工设备的新型数字自动调温系统研究

摘  要:温度控制与调节是化工系统非常重要的部分,但由于化工环境的特殊性,传统的调温系统不能满足化工实验、生产等应用要求,存在感应温度不够真实、难以实现自动控制的情况。文章结合温度传感器、自控原理及电路知识研究一种新型化工数字自动调温系统,该系统调控温度灵敏、准确,自动化程度高,能够自动升降温,可以实现无人化生产,具有工作可靠、运作高效、操作简单、实用性强等优点,该系统市场潜力大,也可以在其他行业推广应用。Temperature control and regulation is a very important part of chemical engineering system, but because of the partic鄄ularity of chemical environment, the traditional temperature regulating system can not meet the requirements of chemical experiment,production and other applications. The inductive temperature is not real enough and it is difficult to realize automatic control. In thispaper, a new type of digital automatic temperature control system for chemical industry is studied by combining temperature sensor,automatic control principle and circuit knowledge. The system is sensitive, accurate, high automation, can automatically rise and falltemperature, and can realize no -man production. It has the advantages of reliable work, efficient operation, simple operation andstrong practicability. The system has great market potential and can also be popularized and applied in other industries.
