摘　　要：部队维修人员在对航空装备进行故障排除的时候,把故障树分析法引入到电路板的故障分析和排除中,提出了板级故障树分析法。该方法以故障树的形式将导致电路板故障发生的因素层层分解,寻找引起故障现象发生的最小故障单元。以某型发射控制电路盒故障电路板为例,使用该方法进行故障分析和故障定位,顺利找到了故障原因并且成功排故。In the process of troubleshooting the aeronautical equipment, the fault tree analysis method is introduced into the faultanalysis and troubleshooting of the circuit board, and the board level fault tree analysis method is put forward. In the form of faulttree, this method decomposes the factors that lead to the fault of circuit board, and finds the minimum fault unit that causes thefault. Taking the fault circuit board of a certain emission control circuit box as an example, the fault analysis and fault location arecarried out by using this method, and the fault cause is found successfully and the fault is successfully eliminated.
