摘　　要：随着城市的不断发展,市政排水工程备受人们重视。为了提高工程质量,就需要加强对工程的投资控制,确保投资效益,从而实现对工程成本的合理管理与控制。文章主要对排水工程的成本管理与控制存在的问题进行分析,然后提出了相应的改进对策。With the development of the city, people pay more attention to municipal drainage project. In order to improve thequality of the project, it is necessary to strengthen the investment control to ensure the investment benefit, so as to realize the reasonable management and control of the project cost. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the cost management andcontrol of drainage engineering, and then puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
