摘 要:从人力资源管理学角度出发,运用文献资料法、行为事件访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,通过对教练员胜任特征指标整理、优秀拳击教练员行为事件访谈,提取拳击教练员胜任特征要素,并编制拳击教练员胜任特征量表进行调查。以拳击教练员绩效作为效标对拳击教练员胜任特征进行实证检验,证明了中国拳击教练员胜任特征的科学性、合理性。From the perspective of human resources management,the author adopts the methods of literature material law,behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to review coaches competence characteristics index and interview elite boxing coaches behavioral event. The competence elements for elite boxing coaches are extracted,and a scale was prepared for further investigation. The boxing coaches' performance was taken as a criterion to empirically test the competence characteristics. It proves that the Chinese boxing coaches' competence characteristics are rational and scientific.
