重庆市高校大学生就业指标存在的问题及建议

摘　　要：重庆市高校大学生就业对新生代力量的合理配置有着直接影响。高校大学生就业统计反映情况是否准确,也会影响到重庆市政府对专业等的宏观调配,所以就业指标在该问题上显得尤为重要。本文就目前重庆市大学生就业情况,对就业率统计工作进行分析,针对就业指标存在的信息准确率低、收集不全面、滞后性强的问题,提出设立综合能力素质设置、完善能力就业指标体系等对策建议。The employment problem of students in Chongqing college can directly affect the new generation power reasonable configuration.The employment statistics of college students are accurate.It will also affect to the macro allocate of Chongqing municipal government. So it is particularly important to get the employment indicators on the issue. In this paper, we found some problem such as the employment indicators information for accuracy is low, and the collection is not comprehensive etc.For these problems,we suggested that establishing the wall of students＇ ability and improving the ability index system of employment, etc.
