摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备稀土La掺杂的纳米TiO_2催化剂,在臭氧和紫外的协同下,以对氯苯酚为模型污染物,考察了催化剂的光催化性能,并以XRD,XRF,UV-Vision为表征手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,随着La掺杂量的升高,纳米TiO_2晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,晶格畸变程度变大;TiO_2的催化性能随着La掺杂量的升高而升高,但过高的掺杂量反而抑制了TiO_2的催化性能,当稀土La的掺杂摩尔比在2%时,TiO_2被证明具有最佳的催化活性;La的掺杂提升了催化剂在可见光区的光利用率,减少了光生电子空穴的复合,提高了臭氧产生羟基自由基的能力,最终提升了TiO_2的催化性能。La-doped nano TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.The catalytic performance of the catalyst was investigated using pchlorophenol as the model pollutant under the coordination of ozone.The catalysts were characterized by UV,XRD,XRF,and UVvisible spectroscopy.The results show that the grain size of nano-TiO2 decreases with the increase of La concentration,and the lattice distortion becomes larger.The catalytic performance of TiO_2 increases with the increase of La concentration,but highly doping inhibited the catalytic performance of TiO_2.When the molar ratio of La was 2%,TiO2 presented its best catalytic activity.La doping enhances the light utilization efficiency of the catalyst in visible region,reduces the recombination of photo-generated electron holes,improves the ability of ozone generates hydroxyl radicals,and improves the catalytic performance of TiO2.
