糖皮质激素类药物的合理应用分析

摘　　要：目的对该院门诊糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况进行分析,促进该类药物合理应用。方法随机抽取该院门诊2016年1月-2017年1月糖皮质激素处方共计1 210张,对科室分布,年龄分布,药物品种等进行统计分析。结果糖皮质激素类药物在我院门诊使用广泛,其中皮肤科为49.75%,风湿免疫科12.23%,五官科10.41%使用较多。41~60岁患者使用率最高占42.23%,地塞米松磷酸钠注射液为16.86%占比较高。结论该院糖皮质激素类药物的临床应用符合规范,合理性和安全性较好。Objective To analyse the reasonable application of glucocorticoid drugs inorder to promote the rational use of glucocorticoid drugs. Methods Slected 1210 pieces prescription with glucocorticoid drugs from January 2016 to January 2017 in the hospital clinic. Analysis the department distribution,age distribution,drug varieties. Results Glucocorticoid drugs are widely used in outpatient clinics of our hospital. Dermatology was 49. 75%,Rheumatology 12. 23%,ENT 10. 41%. 41 to 60 years old patients（ 42. 23%） accounted for the highest rate,dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection（ 16. 86%） accounted for a higher proportion. Conclusion The clinical application of glucocorticoid is in line with the standard,which has good rationality and safety.
