红蓝光联合外用药治疗轻、中度痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察红蓝光联合外用药治疗轻、中度痤疮的疗效。方法将2016年1-12月收治的188例轻、中度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各94例。治疗组给予红蓝光联合外用药治疗,对照组仅给予外用药治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率达81.91%,明显高于对照组的52.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.792,P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红蓝光联合外用药治疗轻、中度痤疮效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of red and blue light combined with topical drugs in the treatment of mild to moderate acne. Methods 188 cases of mild and moderate acne treated from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 94 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with red and blue light combined with topical drugs. The control group was treated with topical drugs. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks＇ of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81. 91%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 52. 13%）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 11. 792,P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of combination of red and blue light combined with topical drugs for the treatment of mild and moderate acne is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
