两种不同手术牵开器对开腹手术切口的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 比较两种不同手术牵开器对开腹手术切口的影响.方法 随机选取2016年10月到2017年6月胃癌患者90例,均在全身麻醉下行开腹全胃切除术,对照组45例使用传统金属手术牵开器,观察组45例使用一次性手术牵开器,比较两组切口疼痛情况及感染情况.结果 观察组围手术期和术后1个月切口疼痛情况及术后6个月慢性疼痛情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组术后切口感染率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 一次性手术牵开器可减轻术后切口疼痛,减少切口感染的发生.Objective To compare the impact of two different kinds of surgical retractors on the laparotomy incision. Methods 90 admitted patients with gastric cancer were selected from October 2016 to June 2017 in random.All patients were carried out open abdominal stomach total gastrectomy under general anesthesia, 45 patients of control group were operated with traditional metal surgical retractors, and the 45 patients of observation group were operated with disposable surgical retractors, then the different situation of pain and infection were compared after applying the two kinds of retractors. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group not only had a significant difference on incision pare during perioperative period and the first month after surgery, but also the chronic pain in the sixth month after surgery （ P〈0.05 ） , the rate of incision infection of the observation had also a significant difference when compared with the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Disposable surgical retractors can relieve the incision pain after surgery, and reduce the incidence of incision infection.
