改良型截石位应用在接台妇科腔镜手术中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良型截石位在接台妇科腔镜手术的应用效果.方法 接台妇科腔镜手术患者400例,按手术日期先后分对照组和观察组,对照组按手术方式摆平卧位或传统截石位,观察组均摆改良型截石位,比较两组接台之间与术中手术方式改变医师等待时间,卧位舒适度及并发症发生率,手术医师、护士满意度,观察组体位恢复前后血压、心率变化.结果 观察组接台间与术中手术方式改变医师等待时间均短于对照组,体位舒适度高于对照组,并发症少于对照组,医师护士对体位的满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组在手术结束恢复体位前后血压、心率无明显变化（P〉0.05）.结论 改良型截石位应用在接台妇科腔镜手术中,明显缩短接台手术和术中手术方式改变医师等待时间,加快手术周转率,术后患者舒适度好,并发症少,护士、医师满意度高,操作简单、方便、安全.Objective To explore the application effect of modified lithotomy position in successive gynecological endoscopic surgery. Method The 400 cases of successive gynecological endoscopic surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to date. The patients in the control group were placed with horizontal position and the observation group was placed with modified lithotomy position. The waiting time was compared between successive operations and to change the operative method during operation, recumbent position comfort and incidence of complications, satisfaction of surgeons and nurses, changes of blood pressure and heart rate before and after position restoration were also compared. Result The observation group had shorter waiting time between successive operations and to change the operative method during operation than control group, with higher position comfort, less complication and higher satisfaction of doctors and nurses （P〈0.05） .The blood pressure and heart rate did not change significantly before and after position restoration （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion The appiication of modified lithotomy position in successive gynecological endoscopic surgery can shorten the waiting time between successive operations and to change the operative method during operation remarkably, and speed up the turnover rate of operation. Patients have good postoperative comfort and less complications. The nurses and doctors have high satisfaction. The operation is simple, convenient and safe.
