摘 要:【目的】探究‘沙田柚’与枸橼杂交后代叶形态学性状的遗传趋向性与相关性。【方法】以单胚、易感溃疡病品种‘沙田柚’为母本,与单胚、抗溃疡病种质枸橼C-05进行杂交,将得到的848株杂种后代作为研究对象,对其叶片形态学性状进行遗传趋向分析与偏相关分析。【结果】F_1代叶尖指数、叶形指数、翼叶宽度性状受母本的影响较大,叶柄长度性状、新叶颜色性状受父本的影响较大,叶尖指数、叶形指数表现为趋小变异,翼叶宽度表现为趋大变异,叶柄长度表现为趋中变异;有翼叶对无翼叶表现为显性,紫色新叶对绿色新叶表现为显性;新叶颜色与翼叶宽度、叶柄长度呈极显著负相关,与叶尖指数呈显著负相关,而与叶形指数呈极显著正相关,叶形指数与翼叶宽度呈极显著负相关,而翼叶宽度与叶柄长度呈极显著正相关。【结论】杂种F_1代叶尖指数、叶柄长度、叶形指数、翼叶宽度、新叶颜色等性状均有一定的遗传趋向性与相关性,可能为多基因控制的数量性状;新叶颜色性状可以作为类似杂种鉴定的形态学标记。本研究对于多年生木本植物杂交育种的性状选择、变异趋势研究有一定的指导作用。【Objective】The experiment aimed to explore the genetic trend and correlation of the leaf morphological characters of the hybrids between‘Shatian'pumelo and citron C-05【.Methods】848 hybrids were obtained from the cross between the mono-embryonic female parent‘Shatian'pumelo susceptible to citrus canker disease and the mono-embryonic male parent citron C-05 resistant to citrus canker disease. 756 hybrids were chosen for the analysis. The main leaf characters including leaf length and width, petiole wing width, petiole length and leaf tip width(the width at the up 1/3 length of leaf)were analyzed. Young leaf colors were observed and scaled. Genetic variation and partial correlation analysis were performed for all the morphological traits. Genetic trends were analyzed by calculating the average, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, distribution, ultra-parents value, mid-parent value and Kurtosis, and Skewness.【Results】The leaf tip indexes of the hybrids had a significant variation,they were mostly distributed in between those of the two parents, although they were closer to that of the female parent. It seemed to be possible that the leaf tip characteristics could be influenced more by the female parent, the number of hybrids with the leaf tip index lower than that of the female accountedfor 26.3%, and those with less than the mid-parent value of the hybrids accounted for 88.03%, suggesting that the leaf tip traits would be genetically stable. The leaf shape indexes of the hybrid had a significant variation, they were mostly distributed in between those of the two parents, although they were closer to that of the female parent. It was possible that leaf shape characteristics could be influenced more by the female parent, but the number of hybrids with leaf shape indexes lower than the female accounted for 26.5%, and those with less than the mid-parent value of the hybrids accounted for 94.05%,suggesting that the leaf shape traits would be also genetically stable.
