摘 要:以B4C为基体层材料,BNNTs为基体层补强增韧剂,TiB2为硬夹层,采用水基流延成型和热压烧结工艺制备了B4C-BNNTs/TiB2-B4C层状陶瓷复合材料。研究了基体层与硬夹层的层厚比、硬夹层组成和烧结温度对层状陶瓷复合材料的显微结构和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:当层厚比为1,硬夹层组份为80 wt%TiB2+20 wt%B4C,烧结温度为2050℃时,可以制备出力学性能良好的B4C-BNNTs/TiB2-B4C层状陶瓷复合材料,其抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别达到570.54 MPa和7.74 MPa·m^1/2。B4C-BNNTs/TiB2-B4C laminated ceramic composites were prepared with B4C as matrix layer material, BNNTs as reinforcing agent in matrix layer, TiB2 as hard inter layer material by aqueous tape casting and hot press sintering. The effects of layers thickness ratio of matrix layer and hard inter layer, component of hard inter layer and sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of laminated ceramic composites were investigated. The experimental results showed that B4C-BNNTs/TiB2-B4C laminated ceramic composites with good mechanical properties could be prepared under 2050 ℃ sintering temperature when layers thickness ratio was 1 and the component of inter layer was 80 wt%TiB2+20 wt%B4C. Its bending strength and fracture toughness were 570.54 MPa and 7.74 MPa·m^1/2, respectively.
