摘  要:考察了均匀剂RH-150对天然橡胶(NR)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混胶硫化特性、物理机械性能、压缩生热及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,随着均匀剂RH-150用量的增加,NR/NBR混炼胶的加工性能和操作安全性逐渐提高,拉伸强度和撕裂强度均先提高后降低,分别在RH-150用量为5份和8份时达到最大值,同时定伸应力和回弹性逐渐减小,扯断伸长率、疲劳温升和动态压缩永久变形均增大,阻尼性能提高。The effects of the homogenizing agent( RH-150) on the curing characteristics,mechanical properties,compression fatigue heat build-up and damping properties of natural rubber( NR)/nitrile rubber( NBR) blends were investigated.The results showed that the processability and operation safety of NR/NBR blends were gradually improved with the increase of the amount of RH-150. The tensile strength and tear strength increased first and then decreased, and tensile strength and tearing strength reached the maximum values when RH-150 was 5 phr and 8 phr respectively,while the modulus and rebound resilience decreased gradually,elongation at break,temperature rise and the dynamic compression permanent set increased gradually,and the damping properties were improved.
