摘 要:采用乳液共沉法制备了丁苯吡橡胶(VP-SBR)/蒙脱土(MMT)复合材料,研究了复合材料的微观结构与性能,并与乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)/MMT复合材料进行了对比。结果表明,VP-SBR分子与MMT片层之间形成了氢键;在MMT相同用量下,相比ESBR/MMT复合材料,VP-SBR/MMT复合材料的储能模量和损耗因子稍大;MMT在VP-SBR基体中分散较为均匀,其与VP-SBR分子间的界面作用更强;VP-SBR/MMT复合材料具有更高的拉伸强度及更优的耐老化性能、气密性和耐磨性;MMT用量的增加对VP-SBR/MMT复合材料各项性能的改善不明显,适宜用量为10份。The microstructure and properties of vinyl-pyridine styrene butadiene rubber( VP-SBR)/montmorillonite( MMT) composites prepared by latex co-coagulating method were investigated,and compared with those of emulsion styrene butadiene rubber( ESBR)/MMT composites. The results showed that there was hydrogen bonds between VP-SBR molecules and MMT layers. At the same amount of MMT,VP-SBR/MMT composites had larger storage modulus and loss factor than those of ESBR/MMT composites. MMT was uniformly dispersed in the VP-SBR matrix,and the interfacial interactions were strong between MMT and VP-SBR molecules. VPSBR/MMT composites had better tensile strength,aging resistance,wear resistance and lower permeability. Increase of MMT amount had little effect on the performance of VP-SBR/MMT composites,and the suitable amount of MMT was 10 phr.
