摘 要:将杜仲胶(EUG)与天然橡胶(NR)共混,考察了EUG不同用量下EUG/NR并用胶的结晶行为对其硫化特性、流变性能及物理机械性能的影响,并表征了并用胶的微观相貌。结果表明,随着EUG用量的增加,EUG/NR混炼胶的焦烧时间稍有缩短趋势,最小转矩和最大转矩呈上升趋势,门尼黏度逐渐增大,加工性能下降;当EUG用量增加至50份时,EUG/NR硫化胶的物理机械性能最佳;EUG用量超过50份时,体系中出现EUG结晶。Eucommia ulmoides gum( EUG) and natural rubber( NR) were blended,the effects of crystallization behavior of the blends with different amounts of EUG on curing characteristics,rheological properties and mechanical properties of the blends were investigated,and the micromorphology of the blends were characterized. The results showed that with increasing amount of EUG,the scorch time of the blends shortened slightly,and the minimum and maximum torque and Mooney viscosity increased,the processability decreased. When the amount of EUG increased to 50 phr,the mechanical properties of EUG/NR vulcanizates were the best. When the amount of EUG was more than 50 phr,EUG crystal formed in the systems.
