基于引文的论文质量与影响力探析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探索基于引文影响力预测和评价论文质量或影响力的科学性和可行性,为学术论文评价提供新的视角和思路。[方法/过程]借鉴h指数思想,结合引文的被引频次和引文来源期刊IF分布特征,提出论文的引文影响力指标。在对论文质量和影响力的关系进行实证分析的基础上,探索了引文影响力与论文质量以及引文影响力与论文影响力之间的关系。[结果/结论]论文质量与影响力之间无显著正相关关系。引文影响力与论文质量之间无显著正相关关系。尽管引文影响力与论文影响力之间无显著线性相关关系,但不同影响力论文之间的引文影响力整体上存在差异。因此,引文影响力可作为判断论文质量或影响力的辅助指标,而不适合作为主要评价指标。[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to explore the scientificity and feasibility of predicting and evaluating the quality or influence of scientific papers based on citation influence,which can provide a new perspective for academic paper evaluation. [Method/process] Based on the idea of h index,combined with the citation frequencies and distribution characteristics of citation journals＇ IF,the paper proposes the citation influence index. According to the empirical analysis of the relationship between the quality and influence of papers,the paper explores the relationship between the citation influence and paper quality,as well as the relationship between citation influence and paper influence. [Result/conclusion]There is no significant positive correlation between the quality and influence of paper,neither between the citation influence and paper quality. Although there is no significant linear correlation between the citation influence and paper influence,there is an overall difference in the citation influence among different influencing papers. Therefore,the citation influence can be used as the auxiliary index to judge the quality or influence of papers,but it is not appropriate as the main evaluation index.
