信息运动视角下内容智能分发平台突破“信息茧房”策略研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]从信息运动视角分析内容智能分发平台"信息茧房"问题,提出突破"信息茧房"策略,为平台转型提供参考。[方法/过程]通过文献调研等定性方法分析平台信息运动效率的影响因素以及"信息茧房"形成机理,从信息资源组织方式、用户行为与信息运动方式3方面对平台信息运动效率影响因素进行分析,根据平台情境特殊性与信息运动规律特殊性对"信息茧房"形成机理进行探索。[结果/结论]突破"信息茧房"在于提高平台信息运动效率等,从信息资源组织方式、信息用户行为与信息运动方式3方面提出策略。[局限]未对用户行为偏好以及平台信息运动影响因素做深入的实证研究是本文的不足点。[Purpose/significance] From the perspective of information movement,this paper analyzes the problem of ＂information cocoons＂ on content intelligent distribution platform,and proposes the strategies of breaking through ＂information cocoons＂ in order to provide references for platform transformation. [Method/process]Through literature research and other qualitative methods,the influencing factors of information movement efficiency of platform and the formation mechanism of ＂information cocoons＂ are analyzed,and the influencing factors of information movement efficiency of platform are examined from the aspects of information resources organization ways,user behavior and information movement laws. The paper analyzes the formation mechanism of ＂information cocoons＂ according to the particularity of platform＇s context and the particularity of information movement laws. [Result/conclusion] The key of breaking through the ＂information cocoons＂ is to improve the efficiency of the platform information movement,and some strategies are proposed from information resources organization ways,information user behavior and information movement laws. [Limitations] The lack of empirical research on user behavior preference and the influencing factors of platform information movement is the limitation of the paper.
