摘　　要：大学—企业知识联盟可以改善我国企业生产中创新能力弱的局面,同时,有效促进高校的科研成果转化为生产力的进程,从而高效地实现知识创新。通过校企共建共享服务平台实践,构建高校图书馆与企业间的大学—企业知识联盟,将对双方的资源优势实现互补,并融为一体,从而达到实现共同利益,提升双方核心竞争力的目标。University-enterprise knowledge alliance can effectively improve the situation of low level of knowledge technology and weak innovation ability of Chinese enterprises. It can also effectively promote the progress of scientific research achievements being changed into productive forces,thus effectively realizing knowledge innovation.Based on the co-construction and sharing platform,the university-enterprise knowledge alliance can integrate the complementary resources of both sides to realize common interests and enhance their core competitiveness.
