摘  要:以天然高分子壳聚糖(CS)为研究对象,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为改性剂,通过静电纺丝技术制备了CS/PVP/MWCNTs纤维膜.综合利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)、拉伸性能和过滤性能测试对纤维膜的结构和性能进行表征.主要结果如下:MWCNTs的加入改善了CS/PVP/MWCNTs纺丝溶液的可纺性,有利于形成粗细均匀,表面光滑的纤维;MWCNTs的异相成核作用促进了聚合物分子链的结晶,提高了结晶度;MWCNTs的加入显著提高了复合纤维膜的断裂强度、模量和热稳定性;CS/PVP/MWCNTs纤维膜的过滤性能优良.Natural polymer-chitosan( CS) was used as the research subject to prepare the CS/PVP/MWCNTs fibrous membrane by electrospinning technique,using polyvinylpyrrolidone( PVP)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes( MWCNTs) as modifiers. A combination of scanning electronic microscope( SEM),X-ray diffractomer( XRD),thermogravimetric analyzer( TG),tensile test and filtration performance test was used to characterize the microstructure and properties of CS/PVP/MWCNTs fibrous membrane. The main results are as follows: addition of MWCNTs can improve the spinnability of CS/PVP/MWCNTs solution,which contributes to form uniform and smooth fiber; the heterogeneous nucleation effect of MWCNTs contributes to the crystallization of polymer molecular chains,leading to an increased crystallinity; addition of MWCNTs results in the considerable improvement of strength,modulus and thermal stability of CS/PVP/MWCNTs fibrous membrane; the CS/PVP/MWCNTs fibrous membrane exhibits excellent filtration performance.
