摘  要:目前我国市政污水处理厂构筑物中的污泥多为低有机质污泥.为提高其产气性能,对低有机质污泥进行高温预处理,在此基础上进行批式高温厌氧发酵实验,探索了高温热处理污泥对高温厌氧消化性能的影响.实验结果表明,污泥含固率是影响产甲烷的主要因素,热处理温度和时间对产甲烷的影响较小.含固率为6%时,最大甲烷含量和累积产甲烷量分别达到67.09%和135.98 mL·(g·VS)^(-1).The sludge in most municipal sewage treatment plants is low organic matter content sludge in China currently. In order to improve the methane production performance,low organic matter content sludge was dealed with high-temperature thermal hydrolysis,the thermophilic anaerobic digestion was conducted by using high-temperature thermal hydrolysis sludge with low organic matter content sludge,and the effect of high-temperature thermal hydrolysis on thermophilic anaerobic digestion was explored. The results showed that solid content contribute had much effect to methane production and temperature and time of thermal hydrolysis had little effect to methane production. When the solid content was 6%,the content of methane and the accumulative methane production were up to 67. 09% and 135. 98 mL·( g·VS)^-1,respectively.
