美国炼焦工业废水排放标准制定历史的研究

摘　　要：以美国炼焦工业废水污染控制相关法规、标准为依据,通过美国炼焦工业的发展状况研究该行业废水排放标准的制定历史,按1982年和2002年两个时间节点将该历史过程划分为两个阶段,认为美国第一阶段炼焦工业废水排放标准制定情况与我国现阶段情况有可比性。Based on regulations and standards for controlling cokemaking industry discharge in the US, the history of establishing effluent limitations and standards for the cokemaking industry were introduced. 1982 and 2002 are two time nodes used to separate the history into two stages. The situation of establishing discharge standard for cokemaking industry in the first stage in the US is considered to be comparable to the current situation in China.
