摘　　要：在全面推进依法治国背景下．法治对我国社会发展具有支柱性意义，“立德树人，德法兼修”是新时期党的教育方针的重要内容，是高校人才培养工作的中心环节。政法院校作为法治人才培养的第一阵地，必须大力加强法治人才的培养。“立德树人”是高等教育的根本任务，“德法兼修”则对法治人才培养提出了新要求-提高学生法学知识水平的同时必须重视学生的思想道德素养。甘肃政法学院围绕“德法兼修”内涵培养高素质法治人才，科学指导，做好法学教育的顶层设计，准确定位，全面革新法治人才培养理念，加强合作，建立协同育人长效机制，深化改革，创新法治人才的培养模式．实践育人，共构建法治教育大格局，成为当前法学教育面临的新任务和新要求。In the context of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, the rule-of-law is greatly significant for the social development in our country. The ＂training students＇ virtue and promoting both virtue and law＂ is the important content of the Party＇s educational policy in the new period and it is also the central link of talent cultivation at universities and colleges. Universities of political science and law, as the frontier of legal talent cultivation, should strengthen the talent cultivation with every effort. ＂Training students＇ virtue＂ is the essential task for the higher education and ＂promoting both virtue and law＂ is the new requirement for the cultivation of legal talent - to make students acquire legal knowledge and to train students＇ virtue. Gansu Institute of Political Science and Law, based on the connotation of ＂promoting both virtue and law＂, cultivates high-quality legal talent and adopts scientific guidance to build the ＂top level design＂ of legal education and position itself accurately. The university also comprehensively innovate the concept of legal talent cultivation by strengthening cooperation, building the long-term mechanism of cooperative education. It is the new task and new requirement that domestic legal education has to confront to deepen the reform, innovate the modes of legal talent cultivation, adopt practical training and cooperatively build the big pattern of legal education in our country.
