广元古城建筑高度控制规划初探

摘　　要：建筑高度控制是历史文化名城保护以及城市土地开发中的关键要素.目前,很多城市在控高时只看重单一的因素,而忽略了多重问题的综合考虑,导致了城市特色风貌的缺失、空间形态的无序和开发建筑高度的失控.笔者从规划角度对建筑高度控制进行了探究,分析了广元市在古城区现行的建筑高度控制规划方法中存在的缺陷,借鉴国内外优秀经验,提出切实可行的控制方法,同时也为古城保护工作提供了有效的技术支撑.Architecture height control is the key in protection of ancient city and development of city land. Recently ,most cities value the only factor in architecture height control, but ignore the comprehensive consideration of multiple factors. These problems lead to the defect of characteristic city style, the confusion of space form and are out of control in architecture height development . This paper analyzes the defects of the existing architecture height control methods in Guangyuan, and explores the control skills of architecture height, at the same time. it provides technical support for the protection work of ancient city style.
