摘 要:目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者的效果及对患者免疫炎症反应水平的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月在北京广安门医院心血管内科治疗的120例CHD患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组给予以硝酸甘油类药物、阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、他汀类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂和低分子肝素等常规抗心绞痛药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐,连续治疗7 d。对比分析试验组和观察组患者临床疗效及治疗前后的免疫指标、炎症指标。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P=0.046);治疗后试验组和观察组补体C3、C4、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比较,试验组均高于对照组(P均〈0.05);试验组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(soluble interleukin 2 receptor,sIL-2R)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis facto alpha,TNF-α) 、肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase MB,CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactic dehydrogenase,LDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate amino transferase,AST)水平均低于对照组(P均〈0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐在CHD患者治疗中能调节患者的免疫水平及炎症反应水平,有利于提高患者的临床治疗效果。ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of salvianolate on the immune and inflammatory response in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).MethodsAll 120 CHD patients treated in the department of cardiovascular diseases of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were subjected to this study.Patients were randomly divided into test group and control group with 60 people in each study group.The control group was given conventional anti-angina drugs such as nitroglycerin, aspirin, clopidogrel, statin, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, beta-blockers, and low molecular weight heparin.Patients in the observation group were treated with salvianolate in addition to the same treatment received by the patients in the control group.All patients were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy, immune response, and inflammation response were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rates in between the two groups were of statistical difference(P=0.046). After treatment, the levels of CD3+ , CD4+ , CD4+ /CD8+ , complement C3, and C4 in the patients of the test group were higher than that of the control group(all P〈0.05). The serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase MB (CK-MB), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), and aspartate amino transferase(AST) in the test group were lower than that in the control group(all P〈0.05).ConclusionSalvianolate can improve the immune and inflammatory response of CHD patients.
