按照备战打胜要求扎实抓好武警院校军事教学

摘　　要：院校编制体制改革整合重组后，面对建设一流军事院校的要求，面对培养新型强军人才的神圣使命，需要我们迎接新挑战、适应新体制、研究新任务、理清新思路，按照备战打仗要求，从培育战斗精神、创新军事理论、培养锻造合格人才、选准配强军事教员和注重战斗力标准检验等五个方面抓好军事教学。只有这样，才能把强军备战建校育人的根本导向立起来，才能确保“聚焦实战、面向部队、着眼发展、培养合格人才”目标的实现。Facing the sacred mission of fostering a new type of strong military personnel, we must meet the new challenges, adapt to the new system, study new tasks and clarify new i- deas in the face of the requirements of building a first-class military academy after the insti- tutional reform has been integrated and reorganized. To prepare for the war requirements, we must do a good job in military teaching from the aspects of fostering fighting spirit, inno- vating military theories, training forging qualified personnel, selecting qualified military in- structors and stressing the standard of combat effectiveness tests. Only in this way can we educate people with strong armaments and preparations for war. We should basically guide our efforts to ensure the realization of the goal of ＂moving closer together＂.
