摘　　要：介绍适用于甘蔗、桑树、桉树的颗粒状滤泥有机-无机复混肥生产工艺流程及原料配方。以甘蔗腐熟滤泥主要原料,以转鼓+圆盘造粒技术,添加甘蔗酒精发酵浓缩液为黏结剂,防板结剂添加量为0.3%~0.5%,生产的颗粒状甘蔗滤泥有机-无机复混肥产量达11 t/h,比同等条件的转鼓造粒、圆盘造粒工艺分别提高10.00%、15.79%,成球率达85%,分别提高13.33%、6.25%,肥料圆滑发亮,防板结性能好。The raw material formula and production process of granular sludge organic-inorganic compoundfertilizer applicable to sugarcane, mulberry, eucalyptus are introduced. Taking the sludge as the main rawmaterial, combined with drum and disc granulation, adding sugar alcohol fermentation liquid concentrate solutionas the blinder, and anti-harden agent amount of 0.3%-0.5%,the output of granular sludge organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is 11 t/h, which is increased by 10.00% and 15.79% compared with drum, discgranulation. The rate of ball formation reaches to 85%,which is increased by 13.33% and 6.25% compared withdrum, disc granulation. The fertilizer is smooth and bright, has the good performance of anti-harden.
