摘　　要：目的研究汽化过氧化氢对生物安全三级实验室内具有内循环功能设备的消毒效果。方法采用载体定性杀菌试验法,观察汽化过氧化氢对Ⅱ级A2型生物安全柜、换笼机、动物饲养隔离器的灭菌效果。结果汽化过氧化氢发生器以12 ml/m^3的喷雾量(30%过氧化氢),消毒作用120 min,对在密闭空间运行的Ⅱ级A2型生物安全柜、换笼机、动物饲养隔离器内不同部位染菌布片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢可达到完全杀灭。结论汽化过氧化氢对具有内循环功能设备具有良好的消毒效果,可用于生物安全实验室相关设备的消毒灭菌。Objective To study the disinfection efficacy of vaporized hydrogen peroxide for important equipment with internal air circulation function in the third grade biosafety laboratory. Methods The carrier qualitative test was used to observe the sterilization efficacy of vaporized hydrogen peroxide for the ClassⅡtype A_2 biological safety cabinet,biosafety changing station and animal isolators. Results The Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on the carriers in different places of these equipments with internal air circulation function exposed to the vaporized hydrogen peroxide of 12 ml/m^3 for 120 min were completely killed in the closed environment. Conclusion The vaporized hydrogen peroxide has satisfactory disinfection efficacy for the equipment with internal air circulation function,and can be used for sterilization of equipment in the biosafety laboratory.
