摘 要:目的研制有效碘标准物质并进行均匀性检验。方法用电位滴定法和统计学分析方法,对制备的有效碘标准物质进行检验与均匀性分析。结果所制备的标准样品为碘伏消毒剂,有效碘含量按质量分数计为0.5%。用电位滴定法测定样品含量,其测量结果的平均值以质量分数计为0.507%。瓶间不均匀性导致的不确定度分量为0.000 8%。结论本研究确定的方案制备出的有效碘标准物质含量准确,均匀性好。Objective To find the reference material of the available iodine,and to test the homogeneity of samples. Methods Potentiometric titration and statistical analysis method were used to test and analyze the homogeneity of the reference material of the available iodine prepared. Results The standard samples prepared were made of iodophor disinfectant,and the content of available iodine was 0. 5% by mass fraction. The contents of samples were determined by potentiometric titration. The average measurement result was 0. 507% and the uncertainty component of between-bottle homogeneity was 0.000 8% . Conclusion The reference material of the available iodine prepared based on the scheme in this study has accurate content and good homogeneity.
