壳聚糖成膜喷剂杀菌性能检测中去除残留消毒剂的方法探究

摘　　要：目的研究壳聚糖成膜喷剂杀菌实验中去除残留消毒剂的方法。方法根据2002年版《消毒技术规范》残留消毒剂的去除方法,对采用10 g/L大豆卵磷脂+30 g/L吐温-80+10 g/L硫代硫酸钠磷酸盐缓冲液组成的中和剂对消毒剂的中和效果与先用稀释液稀释再进行过滤冲洗的过滤冲洗法对消毒剂的去除效果进行比较。结果化学中和法不能完全去除残留壳聚糖对试验菌的抑制作用,而过滤冲洗法得到的回收菌落数符合标准的要求。结论过滤冲洗法可完全去除壳聚糖等化学中和法难以去除的消毒剂,该方法适用面广,可重复性强。Objective To study the methods of removing residual disinfectant in the bactericidal test of chitosan film spray. Methods According to the method of removal of residual disinfectant in the Technical Standard for Disinfection（ 2002 edition）,the chemical neutralization method and the filtration and irrigation method for the removal of disinfectant were compared. Results Chemical neutralization method could not completely remove the bacteria inhibition effect on residual chitosan,while the recycling colony count of filtering and irrigation method met the requirement of standard.Conclusion Filtration and washing method can completely remove the residual disinfectant that can not be removal by chemical neutralization method such as chitosan. So this method is simple and has good repeatability.
