摘 要:以二聚酸、单酸、多元胺为原料合成一种低黏度聚酰胺,探讨了在合成过程中对胺值、黏度、色度及咪唑啉含量有影响的因素。结果表明,控制酸与胺的投料比可以调节胺值与黏度,聚酰胺的胺值随胺的比例增加而增大,黏度降低;聚酰胺的色度受原料二聚酸的颜色影响,制备聚酰胺时二聚酸尽量选择颜色浅的;控制反应温度及保温时间可以调节咪唑啉的含量,当反应温度160~170℃,保温时间5h,制得的聚酰胺性能最佳。A low viscosity polyamide is synthesized with dimer acid, mono acid and polyamines as raw materials. The effects of factors on amine value, viscosity, chroma and imidazoline content in the process of preparation are discussed. The results indicate that the amine value and viscosity can be adjusted by controlling the ratio of acid to amine. The amine value of polyamide will increase by raising the ratio of amine, in the meantime the viscosity will reduce. The chroma of polyamide is influenced by the color of dimer acid. It is recommended that the dimer acid with light color should be chosen for synthesizing poiyamides. The imidazoline content can be controlled by adjusting reaction temperature and holding time. When the reaction temperature is 160-170℃, the holding time is 5h, the polyamide has the best performance .
