摘　　要：改革开放40年以来,中国共产党始终坚持从严治党,在从严治党的建设目标上进行了积极的理论探索与实践创新。从改革开放初期到十九大之后进入社会主义新时代,从严治党的建设目标总是根据形势的发展变化,进行相应的调整和变化。回顾总结改革开放以来中国共产党从严治党建设目标的演进历程,对推进新时代全面从严治党建设具有重要的启示:全面从严治党必须坚持以人民为中心,着力解决党内突出问题;全面从严治党必须引领时代发展,契合党的历史使命担当。Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, the CPC has consistently adhered to strict governance of the party and carried out active theoretical exploration and practice innovation on the construction goal. From the initial stage of reform and opening up to the new socialist era after the 19th CPC national congress, the construction goal has always adjusted and changed according to the development of the situation. A review and summary of the evolution of the party＇s construction goal since the reform and opening up is of great enlightenment to the party construction in a new era： in governing the party in a strict and comprehensive way,we must adhere to the principle of ＂people -centered＂ and strive to solve the outstanding problems within the party; we must adhere to the historical mission of the party and guide the development of the times.
