摘 要:为了得到某110t宽体车车架在不同工况下的应力分布情况以及在矿区路面行驶时的应力变化情况,建立该车架的三维几何模型,并在其基础上进行有限元分析,得到车架在弯曲、扭转工况下的应力与变形分布情况。之后以在矿区道路上行驶为条件进行了车速为15km·h^(-1)时矿用自卸车车架在不同工况的车架应力电测试验,研究结果表明:各测点实测值与仿真计算值基本吻合,两者误差小于15%,验证了有限元模型和分析方法的正确性。In order to obtain the stress distribution of a 110 t wide-body truck frame under different working conditions and the stress changes while driving on the road in the mining area,by establishing a three-dimensional geometric model of the frame and performing finite element analysis based on it,the stress and deformation distribution of the frame under bending and torsion conditions were obtained.Under the road conditions of the mining area,the electrical stress test on the frame of the mining dump truck under different working conditions was carried out when the vehicle speed was 15 km·h^(-1).The results show that the measured values are basically consistent with the calculated values.The error between them is less than 15%,which verifies the correctness of the finite element model and the analytical method.
