高校图书馆新媒体服务实践与探索

摘　　要：新媒体以信息传播与更新速度快、成本低、信息内容丰富等特征发展迅速,对图书馆服务产生了重大影响。河北经贸大学图书馆利用QQ、移动图书馆APP实现了多方沟通与交流;同时利用微信公众平台开展移动服务,借助直播平台进行讲座直播等,对新媒体服务进行了积极的探索。高校图书馆利用新媒体服务需要注意保持对新媒体的敏感、重视人才储备、新媒体运营团队建设、关注用户需求及行为、重视原创和个性化服务以及加强跨平台联动服务等。New media has exerted an important influence on library service by its features of high speed of information dissemination and update,low cost and richness in information content.Taking the library of Hebei University of Economics and Business as an example,active exploration and practice on library＇s new media service is conducted by means of QQ,APP of mobile library,WeChat official platform and live-broadcasting platforms.The paper also puts forward some suggestions on the new media service of university library,including being sensitive to new media,valuing talent pool and new media operation team construction,focusing on user needs and behavior,paying attention to original and personalized service and strengthening cross-platform linkage service.
