摘　　要：毛泽东思想为中国特色社会主义理论体系的创立奠定了理论基础。毛泽东农地产权思想是马克思地权理论中国化的重要成果,对毛泽东农地产权思想进行系统的梳理,对毛泽东农地产权思想的理论渊源和历史演进过程进行分析,阐释了毛泽东农地产权战略思想、公有地权思想、地权制度变迁思想、地权权能实现思想和地权权能分合思想等内容,揭示了毛泽东农地产权思想的政治性、时代性、人民性、务实性和创新性等理论特征,从而彰显出毛泽东农地产权思想的独特理论价值和重要现实启迪。Mao Zedong Thoughts laid the theoretical foundation to establish the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong＇s thought of rural land property right is an important achievement of Marxism theory of land right in China. This paper systematically combs Mao Zedong＇s thought of rural land property right. Through the analysis of Mao Zedong＇s theoretical origin and historical evolution of rural land property right,emphasis is placed on Mao Zedong＇s strategic thinking of rural land property right,public land rights thought,land right system change thought,land right power realization thought and land right power division idea. It also reveals the theoretical characteristics of politics,the times,the people,pragmatism and innovation in Mao Zedong＇s thought of rural land property rights,and thus it highlights the unique theoretical value and important realistic enlightenment of Mao Zedong＇s rural land property right thought.
