摘　　要：江铜铅锌公司基夫赛特炉炉料输送系统是由3台仓式泵组成1套混合料的气力输送系统(成套设备),系统从仓泵进料到卸料成套控制,能实现在现场手动控制和在中控室内的DCS上自动程序控制。以其中一套仓式泵为例,着重介绍了仓式泵的自控设备配置和DCS控制系统控制仓式泵输送炉料的方案。该气力输送控制系统投入以来,即满足了基夫赛特炉炉料输送的生产要求,也满足工艺人员操作简便的需求。KIVCET furnace material conveying system of Jiangxi Copper Lead and Zinc Company is composed of 3 bin pumps to forma pneumatic conveying system （equipment） with 1 set of mixtures. The system can control the whole process from feeding to discharge,can realize the automatic control program in DCS of control room, also manual control at site. Taking one of the storehouse pumps as anexample, the configuration of the automatic control equipment of the warehouse type pump and the scheme of the DCS control system tocontrol the feeding of the warehouse type pump are emphatically introduced. Since the usage of pneumatic conveying control system, whichcan meet the requirement of the production furnace KIVCET conveyor, also meet the needs of simple operation process.
