摘　　要：某铜锌冶炼公司采用澳斯麦特顶吹处理工艺年处理16万t锌浸出渣。本文介绍了顶吹处理浸出渣系统的配料系统、顶吹炉系统、余热利用及收成系统和辅助系统的构成、特点及应用。生产实践表明:锌浸出渣得到彻底无害化处理,渣中有价金属得到有效回收,取得了良好经济效益。The ausmelt top blowing technology are employed in a copper-zinc smelting corporation forhandling 160 000 t / a zinc leaching residue. This paper introduces the component, characteristics and ap-plication of blending system, top blowing furnace system, waste heat utilization and dust collection systemand auxiliary system. Practice shows that the zinc leaching residue is completely harmlessly treated, thevaluable metals in the residue are effectively recovered, and the good economic benefits are achieved.
