摘 要:采用磁流体稳定性提高技术及新型阴极结构节能技术,对电解槽进行升级改造。通过增加小整流机组,提升运行电流;优化母线配置,改善垂直磁场的分布;优化内衬配置,降低铝液水平电流及炉底压降;采用合适的焙烧方法;保持合理的技术条件;试验电解槽取得了显著的降耗增产效果,电流效率提高2.6%,吨铝直流电耗降低1 296 kW·h,单槽每天增产347 kg。The technology of Magnetic-hydro-dynamics stability and novel cathode assembly are appliedfor aluminum reduction cells' upgrading. Booster is added to enhance the pot current;busbar layout is op-timized to improve the vertical magnetic field; the lining structure is optimized to reduce the horizontalcurrent in the aluminum liquid and decrease the voltage of cathode; a suitable baked method is used; andtechnological condition is reasonable kept. A significant result of energy-saving and increasing productionhas been made in the test pot, current efficiency is increased by 2. 6%, DC power consumption per tonaluminum is decreased by 1 296 kW·h, output of aluminum per pot is increased by 347 kg / d.
