演化视角下的旅游地建筑景观变迁探讨——以贵州西江苗寨为例

摘　　要：旅游对建筑景观的影响及其变迁一直是旅游影响研究的重要内容。以演化理论为基础,以西江苗寨为案例,运用观察、访谈、回溯等方法,从经验层、实际层与真实层三个层次,以创新、扩散与选择为机制,分析了旅游地建筑景观的变迁现状、过程与机制,为旅游地的建筑景观与社会文化变迁研究提供了一个新思路。在文化、经济、社会、政治与环境五大选择标准中,经济选择极大地促进了建筑惯例的商业化、功利化、规模化与现代化,社会选择使建筑惯例更具有实用性,政治选择导致建筑惯例采取折衷主义、重构着地方建筑景观,自然选择则使建筑惯例更具有环境适应性。西江苗寨建筑景观变迁以经济与社会选择为主导。The tourism impact on construction landscape and its change are important in the tourism research. Taking Xijiang Miao Village as the case and from the perspective of evolution, this paper, by observation, interview and backtracking, applies the three mechanism of innovation,spread and selection to analyze status, process and mechanism of construction landscape change from experiential,actual and real levels. The paper believes the change of construction landscape on tourism destination is a dynamic process of innovation, mutation and selection. Innovation is the result of the five factors. The selection of construction practice is a process of the valuation construction benefits. The paper colligates five standards of culture, economy, social, politics, and environment. Economical selection facilitates commercialization,utilitarian,large scale,and modernization of the construction practice. Social selection promotes more practical construction. Political selection leads to the eclecticism of the construction practice and reconstruct the construction landscape,but natural environmental selection makes more environmental adaptability. Among these, economic and social selection play leading roles in the landscape change in Xijiang Miao Village.
