海泡石乳化糊在活性染料印花中的应用

摘　　要：探讨海泡石在印染行业印花糊料中的应用,结果表明,以海泡石与航空煤油、平平加O及水互混,能制得乳化糊,并可进一步调制色浆,用于活性染料直接印花.综合各项性能指标,海泡石制糊调浆的最佳处方为(以100g计):海泡石6g,航空煤油6g,平平加O 0.5g,活性黑KNB1.5g,尿素5.0g,纯碱2.5g,防染盐S1g,水77.5g;在此条件下,糊料及色浆的流变性、存储性及化学稳定性等均较好,纯棉织物活性染料印花后的表观得色深度、渗透性、花纹精细度、牢度及手感等均能达到企业生产要求.The application of sepiolite in printing paste in textile printing and dyeing industry is discussed in this paper.The results show that the sepiolite with aviation kerosene,Peregal O and water mixed into emulsion paste can be used for cotton fabric direct printing with reactive dyes.The best formula of the printing paste（in 100 g）are sepiolite 6 g,aviation kerosene 6 g,Peregal O 0.5 g,reactive dye black KNB1.5 g,urea 5 g,sodium carbonate 2.5 g,reserve salt S 1 g,and water 77.5 g after comparison of all the performance indicators.The paste properties consist of rheology,storage and chemical stability are good under the condition.The performance index of printed cotton fabric consisted of apparent color yield,penetrability,fine degree of printing,fastness and handle can meet the requirements of production enterprises.
