摘 要:教育是促进经济增长及益贫式增长的重要动因。为研究分层次教育体系下如何合理分配公共、私人教育投入,实现经济增长及益贫式增长,本文首先构建一个经济增长理论模型并得到教育角度经济增长指数,即教育投入所产生的经济增长率;然后,通过相关性分析、联立方程以及构建教育生产函数、增长速度方程、主成分回归,分别分析分层次公共、私人教育投入对益贫式增长的长、短期作用机制。研究发现,短期教育投入在整体上对经济增长有负效应,而其对教育维度益贫式增长有正效应;长期教育投入所产生的人力资本对教育维度益贫式增长整体上产生正的贡献。Education is a vital force to promote economic and pro-poor growth. In order to allocate the investment in public and private education reasonably, as well as to achieve economic growth and pro- poor growth, this paper built a theoretical model of economic growth based on the hierarchical education system. Then the economic growth resulting from education investment was chosen as the educational economic growth index. The paper mainly used the correlation analysis, simultaneous equations and principal components regression. It also modified the education production function and growth rate equation to analyze the effect of public and private education investment on pro-poor growth respectively. By way of conclusion, the study finds that short-term education investment has a negative effect on economic growth whereas impact on pro-poor growth in education is positive. Nevertheless, the human capital stemming from long-term education investment makes significant contributions to pro-poor growth on education dimension.
