Improvement on the Concept of Business Records Management in China

摘　　要：针对我国企业档案管理理念在实际运行中存在的目标模糊、数据割裂、标准滞后、技术更新困难等问题，提出了以层级化和针对性思路定位企业档案管理的目标；以整体化和科学化精神指导企业档案资源建设；以层级化、协同化、精细化、智能化、简化的原则指导档案业务标准的调整和技术转换过程的实现等一系列改进措施。Based on the analyses of application of business records management＇s philosophy in enter- prises, the author concludes that there are some problems such as obscure objectives, isolated data, outdated standards and technologies that are needed to be solved. The objectives of business records management should be decided by stratification and pertinence. The archival resource construction should be scientifi- cally designed as an integrity. These principles, including stratification, collaboration, delicacy, intelligence and simplification should be applied to improve the archival work in enterprises.
