社会转型背景下社群档案馆建设的实践与思考——基于皮村打工文化艺术博物馆的个案研究

摘　　要：社群档案馆已成为国际档案领域关注的一个热点，而基于中国背景的研究尚很缺乏。本文以社会转型作为独特的社会背景，聚焦该背景下出现的规模最庞大、最引人注目的新群体——农民工，以一个农民工社群档案馆为个案，基于国际档案领域的已有研究成果构建研究分析框架，深入考察该馆的属性、运作方式和效果等，细致呈现社群档案馆的本土化形象，并发掘其对我国档案领域的影响和意义。Community archives has been a hot topic in the International archival field for many years, however, studies based on Chinese background are insufficient. To enrich the local study, this article sets social transition in China as the specific social background, focuses on the farmer workers group, which is the biggest and noticeable new community emerging in this background, takes a farmer workers community archives as the sample of case study, builds a research framework based on the existing research findings in the International archival field, deeply investigates the attribute, operation mode and effects of that archives, detailedly presents the local image of community archives, and explores its influence and meanings to Chinese archival field.
