摘 要:为了服务地方经济发展,地方本科院校的人才培养模式向应用型转变,产教融合、校企合作成为重要的实现途径。江苏理工学院多年来一直与农夫山泉公司合作,践行校企协同育人的理念。基于此实践,本文阐述了校企协同培养的意义,介绍了校企协同培养的模式,并构建评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法,分析了校企协同培养的实效性,进而阐述了提升校企协同培养应用型人才实效性的路径。To develop the local economy,the local undergraduate universities turn to the cultivation of applied talents. The integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation become an important realization way. Jiangsu University of Technology has been working with Nongfu Spring for training students in many years,practice the concept of school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the practice,this paper expounds the significance of collaboration between colleges cultivate,introduces the synergy between colleges training mode,and build the evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyzes the effectiveness of university-enterprise cooperation. At last,the paper expounds the path of improving the effectiveness of the cooperative training for applied talents.
