摘　　要：安卡拉病毒属禽腺病毒C群Ⅳ血清型，临床上以引起患病鸡心包积液和肝炎为典型病理变化，发病急，死亡快，对养禽业造成巨大的经济损失。2016年5月秦皇岛市昌黎县某养鸡场养殖肉鸡大量死亡，死亡率高达80％，剖检见典型的心包积液、肝脏坏死和肾脏肿大，结合PCR鉴定、鸡胚和雏鸡接种试验，以及电镜观察，证明病原为安卡拉病毒，并命名为FAV-4QHD；通过对病毒主要结构蛋白Hexon、Penton、Fiber1和Fiber2基因测序和构建系统发育树发现，FAV-4 QHD与近几年的国内分离株亲缘关系最近，与FAV-4标准株0N1和国外分离株差异较大。研究结果为进一步分析安卡拉病毒毒力增强机制奠定基础。Avian Ankara virus, belonging to fowl aviadenovirus （FAdV） species C and serotype 4 strain,has caused a huge economic loss in the poultry industry. FAdV infection typically causes clinical symptoms,including inclusion body hepatitis（IBH）, hydropericardium syndrome（HPS）. In May 2015, a large number of farmed broiler chicken from Changli, Qinhuangdao died, with the 80% death rate. On pathological examinations, the pericardial effusion, liver necrosis and kidney enlargement were observed. By PCR identification, chicken embryo and chiken inoculation experiment and electron microscopic observations,the avian Ankara virus,named as FAV-4 QHD,was determined as the pathogenic agents. Sequencing and phylogenesis analysis of the major structural proteins,such as Hexon,Penton,Fiberland Fiber2, showed that FAV-4 QHD had a closed relationship with domestic isolates of recent years and relatively huge differences from FAV-4 ON1 and foreign isolates. The results lay a foundation for further study on the mechanism of enhanced virulence of avian Ankara virus.
