现代服务业与现代农业耦合发展路径研究

摘　　要：现代服务业与现代农业耦合发展是调整优化农业产业结构的客观要求,也是实现农业现代化的必然选择。通过现代服务业与现代农业的耦合发展,将流通、科技、金融、信息等要素融入到现代农业的发展中,会拓展和丰富现代农业"生产、生活、生态"的多种功能,其产业地位也会逐步提升。目前,中国现代服务业与现代农业耦合发展虽然出现了多种形式,但还处于初级发展阶段,仍存在着一些薄弱环节。因此,应从优化政策环境和基础设施建设、促进多层次耦合发展、推动协同发展、加快实现区域平衡、完善创新机制、大力培育高素质的农业从业人员等方面提升现代服务业与现代农业耦合发展的实际效果。The coupling development between modern service industry and modern agriculture is the objective requirement of adjusting and optimizing the structure of agricultural industry and the inevitable choice to realize agricultural modernization. Through the coupling development of modern service industry and modern agriculture,modern agriculture integrates the elements such as science and technology,information,finance,circulation. and this can make the ＂production,life and ecology＂versatility of modern agriculture played and expanded,its industry position will gradually increase. At present,there are many forms of the coupling development between modern service industry and modern agriculture in China,but still in the primary stage of development,and there are still some weak links. Therefore,we should optimize the policy environment and infrastructure construction,promote multilevel coupling development and coordinated development,accelerate the regional balance,improve the innovation mechanism,foster high-quality agricultural professionals to enhance the practical effect of the coupling development between modern service industry and modern agriculture.
