摘  要:基于声光调Q脉冲光纤激光器的工作原理及其在激光打标中的应用,对其控制系统进行了研究,设计了以FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)为核心的控制系统。利用QuartusⅡ开发平台,采用VerilogHDL编程语言,结合Modelsim软件对电路进行了功能仿真。实现了对声光调Q脉冲光纤激光器时序控制、功率控制、频率控制及种子光检测等功能。实验结果表明:基于该控制系统的激光器脉冲输出稳定、打标速度快,能够满足实际的光纤激光打标需求。Based on the principle of acousto - optic Q - switched pulsed fiber laser and its application in laser marking, the control system of acousto - optic Q - switched pulsed fiber laser is studied and designed with the FPGA technology as the controlling center. The circuit was simulated by the Quartus Ⅱ development platform and the Veril- ogHDL programming language combined with Modelsim software. The function of sequential control, power control, frequency control, seed laser detection and other functions of the acousto - optic Q - switched pulsed fiber laser were realized. The experimental results show that the pulse output of the laser based on the control system is stable and the marking speed is fast, which can meet the requirements of the actual fiber laser marking machine.
