摘  要:根据对重要工业气体SO2气体的检测需求,本文主要设计了一种基于高稳定性、高分辨率可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)的SO2气体检测所需的程控数据采集系统。本系统使用基于ARM7系列的LPC2138芯片做为主控器,用于驱动DAC8532产生驱动波形电压以控制激光器驱动模块和温度控制模块,同时驱动AD7928采集TDLAS检测系统中所需的多项数据,还设计了IO转换芯片MAX3001E用于控制外设功能,使用隔离模块RSM3422进行串口通信,并且通过PC端的上位机控制实现本系统的功能。本系统不仅可以用于SO2气体检测系统,还可以推广到其他气体的检测系统中。According to the detection requirements of important industrial gas SO2 , a programmable data acquisi- tion system for SO2 gas detection based on high stability and high resolution tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy is designed . This system uses LPC2138 chip based on ARM7 series as the main controller. It is used to drive the DAC8532 to generate drive waveform voltage to control the laser drive module and temperature control module. At the same time a number of driving data is required by AD7928 in the TDLAS detection system. The design of the IO con- version chip MAX3001E is used to control the peripheral functions. Serial communication is achievedby isolation mod- ule RSM3422, and system functions are realized through the PC terminal control. This system can be used not only in SO2 gas detection system, but also in other gas detection system.
