摘　　要：白先勇用略带伤感的笔触叙写了从业二十余年的老辣舞女金兆丽即将告别舞池、嫁做人妇前夜的故事,通过三个层面的"浓缩",向读者呈现金兆丽的舞女生涯、底层舞女们的真实生活、以及舞池中的众生百相,反映大时代变迁给流落异乡的人们带来的失意与沦落。小说蕴涵的感伤情怀和宿命论意识,也为其增添恒久的艺术魅力,使"金大班"成为白先勇"风尘女"系列中的不朽形象。小说能够在不长的篇幅中凝聚主人公半生的故事,使读者产生强烈的同情与共鸣,从人物个人悲欢感受时代的潮起潮落,其扣人心弦的艺术效果离不开作家白先勇在小说艺术手法、人物塑造、主题风格方面的"浓缩"安排。Bai Xianyong has written the story of the two decades old and hot dancer, Jin Zhaoh, who has been in the business for more than 20 years, and the story of the eve of the dance, and the story of the eve of the marriage of a man, through three levels of ＂concentration＂, presenting to the readers the life of the dancing girl, the real life of the underclass dancers, and the human beings in the dance floor, reflecting the loss and decline of the great times in the land of the people who have fallen from the countryside.The sentimental feelings and fatalism of the novel also add to its eternal artistic charm, making Jin Zhaoli the immortal image in the series of ＂wind and dust women＂. The novel can condense the protagonist in not long half of the story, make the reader a strong compassion and empathy, from personal characters and feel the rise and fall of the era, its exciting art effect is inseparable from the writer Bai Xianyong novel artistic technique, characterization, theme＂concentration＂arrangement.
