摘　　要：目的：探讨宫宁颗粒在宫内节育器（IUD）出血不良反应治疗中的干预作用。方法：将IUD出血不良反应患者随机分为宫宁颗粒组和消炎痛组,同时设空白对照组,观察疗效,并采用宫腔镜观察子宫内膜的IUD压迫区、移行区和远器区,进行定点取材,从显微、超微结构方面的组织形态学角度比较其治疗前后及与空白对照组的异同。结果：宫宁颗粒的临床疗效明显优于消炎痛组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：宫宁颗粒可以纠正异常子宫血管构筑,改善瘀热型IUD出血不良反应患者的子宫内膜剥脱/修复障碍,从而起到防治IUD出血不良反应的作用,且显微、超显微结构方面的组织形态比较提示了宫宁颗粒显著的临床治疗效果以及需要进一步开展的研究方向。Objective：To investigate the intervention effect of Gongning Granule in the treatment of the bleeding induced by IUD. Methods：The patients of the bleeding side-effect induced by IUD were randomly divided into Gongning Granule group and indomethacin group and we set up the blank control group. Meanwhile,we observed the effects and hysteroscopy was used to observe the IUD compression area,the migration area and the distal area of the endometrium.We conducted the fixed-point sampling. The similarities and differences between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared from microstructure and ultrastructure. Results：The clinical curative effect of Gongning Granule group was obviously superior to that of the indomethacin group（P 0. 05 or P 0. 01）. Conclusion：Gongning Granula can correct the abnormal uterine vascular architecture,improve the hindrance of endometria exfoliating/repairing periodically of the patients who have IUD bleeding,and thus plays a role in prevention and treatment of IUD bleeding. The comparison of microstructure and microstructure showed the significant clinical effect of Gongning Granula and the research direction which needs further development.
