摘  要:对交通基础设施建设用塔式起重机起重臂不同A-A截面相对位置的销轴连接接头进行了有限元分析。结果表明,在耳板上所选定的7个应力点中,有3个点的应力随A-A截面相对位置的增大而增加,另外4个点的应力随A-A截面相对位置的增大呈先减小后增加的趋势;钢管危险截面处的应力随A-A截面相对位置的增大呈先减小后增加的趋势。通过对比发现,当A-A截面的相对位置在120~200 mm之间时,销轴连接接头结构更加合理,承载能力更高,更安全可靠。According to pin connection joint of boom for tower crane, Finite Element Analysis were car- ried out for pin connection joint with five different relative locations of A-A section. The results show that, in seven points selected on ear plate, the stress of three points increased with the increase of relative loca- tion values of A-A section. The stress of other four points were decreased at first and then increased with increase of relative location values of A-A section, and stress of dangerous section for steel tube has the same regulation. By comparison, it's found that while the relative location values of A-A section were be- tween 120mm to 200ram, the structures of pin connection joint were more reasonable with higher carrying capacity and better safety reliability.
